I am a traveler. I am in motion. I am not static. Yet in this perpetual motion, I need time for rest. I need stillness.

Rest and stillness awaken me to the sacred nature of the journey. I am able to journey within and beyond yet remain in place.

I am able to remain in this one day.

In stillness, the sacred moves. The sacred shines.

Today.

One shining day.
